Nepal reports 545 new COVID-19 cases, 8 deaths

KATHMANDU: OCT. 21 – Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in another 545 people in Nepal on Thursday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 470 people out of 6,586 PCR tests and 1,963 antigen tests in 75 people across the country.

At the same time, the number of coronavirus infections in Nepal has reached 91,293.

Similarly, eight more people have died due to coronavirus bringing the death toll to 11,326.

Similarly, 726 infected with coronavirus have been released and so far 784,881 people have been released from coronavirus in Nepal.

At present, there are 11,315 actively isolated infected people and 225 in quarantine, according to the ministry.
