Supreme Court demands file regarding appointment of Kulman and Hitendra

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 24 – The Supreme Court has ordered to remove the complete file regarding the appointment of Kulman Ghising as the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority.

Hearing the writ petition filed against Ghising in a single sitting of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana on Tuesday, the Supreme Court has withdrawn the entire file related to the appointment.

Shakya had filed a writ petition against Ghising in the Supreme Court alleging that his appointment was against the law.
