NEPSE at an all-time high of Rs 11.5 billion

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 3 – The NEPSE index has reached a new record high so far. The stock market index (NEPSE) rose by 26.02 points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

By the end of the day, the NEPSE index had risen 0.84 per cent to 3,111.09 points. The Sensitive Index rose 5.06 points to 577.52.

A total of 211.29 million 88 shares of 223 companies were traded at a turnover of Rs 11.52 billion 92 lakh 17 thousand 7 hundred 74 rupees.

The share price of Pancheshwar Power Company Limited and Ruru Hydropower Project has risen by 10 percent on this day. Shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta, Union Life Insurance, Ghalemdi Hydropower, Liberty Energy and Swabalamban Microfinance have risen nearly 10 percent.
