Khalti is now offering a ‘Mega Remit’ service as well
KATHMANDU: JULY 20 – Mega remit service will now be available from Khalti wallet as well.
Mega Bank and Khalti Digital Wallet’s Sparrow Pay Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a partnership agreement for remittance payment services, Mega said.
As per the agreement, the general public can now receive remittances from home and abroad through Mega Remit from their Khalti Digital Wallets, the company said.
In addition, remittances from the UK, Australia, South Korea, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and India can be received through Khalti.
Mega Bank has stated that this arrangement will further expand the scope of remittance service of the bank and provide more convenience to the customers as arrangements have been made to send and receive money through Khalti even within Nepal.
