KATHMANDU: JUNE 22 – The writ petition against the reorganization and expansion of the Council of Ministers is being heard in the Supreme Court today. The writ petition against the reorganization and expansion of the Council of Ministers filed by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on June 4 and 11 will be heard.

In the writ petition filed by six persons including senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi, the bench of Justice Ishwor Khatiwada had ordered to submit the writ petition in writing without any interim order. After the Supreme Court demanded a written reply, the Council of Ministers was expanded again.

In the writ petition, it has been demanded that the reorganization of the Council of Ministers by the caretaker Prime Minister be declared unconstitutional through an interim order. Lately, the Supreme Court has been denouncing the important decision made by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as illegal. This hearing is viewed with importance.
