Prachanda going to the Supreme Court to give a review

KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021 – Chairman of the CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is going to the Supreme Court. He is going to the Supreme Court today with a petition for review against the decision to dismiss the CPN (Maoist).

Chairman of the Maoist Center Prachanda and top leaders, including legal practitioners, are preparing to go to the top. Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha informed that they are preparing to go to the Supreme Court for review.

“The party has made a decision. We are preparing to go as far as possible today,” he said. “We are in internal discussions now, but the time has not been decided.”

The Supreme Court had annulled the party unity between the CPN-UML and the UCPN (Maoist) on Falgun 23. After the Supreme Court’s decision, the UML and the Maoist center have now revived.
