KMC conducting free health camps in five districts

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) at Sinamangal in Kathmandu is going to conduct free health camps in five districts of the surrounding area including three in the Kathmandu Valley in Chaith.

According to KMC, the camps will be held at different places in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Nuwakot and Kavrepalanchok districts on different dates. Narayan Dahal, general manager of KMC, informed that 11 days free health camps are being conducted in five districts from Chaith 3 to 30 in collaboration with local organizations.

According to Dahal, the camps will be held at Jhaukhel in Bhaktapur on Chaith 3, Nuwakot from 9 to 10, Bungmati in Lalitpur on 12, Zero Kilometer in Kavre on 20, Mulpani in Kathmandu on 23 and Kushadevi in ​​Kavrepalanchok on 30 of Chaith.

Even before this, KMC has run free health camps in different districts. After social worker Dr. Sunil Sharma took over the responsibility of KMC chairperson, KMC has been continuing to run free health camps in different districts recently.
