Nabil Bank’s QR payment service launched in Kanchi Bazaar of Bhairahawa

Rupandehi. Nabil Bank has launched QR payment service in the vegetable and fruit market of Bhairahawa Kanchi Bazaar. Sudip Phuyal, director of Nepal Rastra Bank’s provincial office in Bhairahawa, inaugurated the service by purchasing fruits and paying through QR code on Monday afternoon.

According to the bank, consumers going to this market will now be able to easily pay for vegetables / fruits purchased through their mobile banking application Wamobile Wallet.

Sudip Phuyal, Director, Nepal Rastra Bank Regional Office, Bhairahawa, Ramesh Neupane, Assistant Director, Nepal Rastra Bank Regional Office, Bhairahawa, Yagya Prasad Sharma, Head, Lumbini State, Nabil Bank, Leela Prasad Ojha, Manager, Nabil Bank Bhairahawa Branch, Madhu Jung Karki, State Manager, Nabil Bank Lumbini State And Deepak Sahani, the chairman of the market management committee was present.

During the inauguration, the director of Nepal Rastra Bank’s State office in Bhairahawa inspected various vegetable / fruit shops, bought some of them and started the payment service through the QR code of his mobile banking.
