Jyoti Life Insurance’s 66 lakh IPOs approved
Kathmandu. The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has approved the issuance of 66 lakh IPOs of Jyoti Life Insurance Company.
The board has given approval to the company to issue 66 lakh primary shares at the face value of Rs 66 crore per share.
The company has appointed NMB Capital Limited as the issue and sale manager for the issue of shares. The company has approved to issue shares equal to 30 percent of the total paid-up capital to the public.
The company has approved the issuance of the IPO in seven demands.
